In particular, we will use the contact details you provide to communicate our reply. Where you request a hard copy of a particular document (e.g. Impressions), this will include sending the requested document to the postal address provided.

Access to the information you provide will be limited to those AET employees who strictly need to know this information in order to respond to your enquiry. On this basis, the information may be disclosed to employees of any of the companies within the AET group globally.
