AET recorded its strongest performance to date in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), scoring 53 and placing us in the top 15% globally within the Transportation and Transportation Infrastructure industry.

That marks a 19-point improvement from our first submission in 2023 – a reflection of sustained progress across the business.

The CSA, an external benchmark administered by S&P Global, evaluates how companies manage environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors which are most relevant to their business.

Our 2025 performance this year was driven across the following dimensions:

  • Environmental: +12 points, improvements across energy, climate strategy and environmental management
  • Governance and Economic: +4 points, stronger disclosures while maintaining leading business ethics and risk management practices
  • Social: -1 point maintaining strength in safety, human capital and human rights

Separately, this year also marks our first climate-related disclosures aligned with the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards developed by the International Sustainability Standards Board, an important step towards greater transparency and accountability in how we operate.

We’ll be sharing more detail in our AET Annual Review 2025/26, to be released in May 2026. Watch this space!
