On 10 June 2025, we welcomed more than 80 guests to our London Stakeholder Event – an evening to reconnect with long-time partners, forge new relationships, and reinforce the importance of collaboration in shaping the future of maritime.
Held at the iconic Sky Garden in the heart of London, the event was attended by representatives from government, industry associations, fellow shipowners, charterers, class societies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
In a world where geopolitics, market conditions, regulatory expectations, and decarbonisation pathways are rapidly evolving, these events offer a window into who we are, how we lead, and how we partner for progress.
As Zahid Osman, President & Group CEO of MISC Group, shared in his opening remarks: “Great partnerships, much like great bridges, are not built by chance. It requires strong commitment, trust, innovation and a shared purpose by all to lead us to achieve our common goals. As I look around this room tonight, I see not just leaders and partners, but fellow architects of progress – the people who understand that the most important bridges we build are not only made of steel, but also of human connection that share common bold ideas.”
Nick Potter, President & CEO of AET, echoed the importance of strategic alignment and trusted partnerships, “Successfully navigating the energy transition is a balancing act – of bold ambitions and affordability, security of supply and emissions targets. And as we continue in this increasingly complex, fast-moving and uncertain world, it is critical we work closely with our partners to navigate change. This requires transparency, trust and collaboration.”
To our guests, thank you for your trust, your continued partnership, and your presence. Here’s to the progress we will make together, and all that lies ahead!
