We’re delighted to share that AET has been named Runner-Up in the Employee Engagement category at the Spinnaker Maritime People and Culture Awards 2025.
This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to building AET as a great place to work in, where colleagues feel connected, cared for, and collaborative.
Linda Murray, Global Director, HR and Facilities Management, and Penny Morgan, Senior HR Associate, Europe, proudly received the award in London earlier this month.
According to Spinnaker, the Awards’ organiser, “AET impressed with their three global campaigns — AETcares, oneAET, and AETInnovates — which unite teams across regions through wellness events, cultural celebrations, team-building, and recognition programmes.”
These campaigns were part of AET’s 30th anniversary celebrations last year, and drove strong colleague participation. “Our engagement approach is anchored on three aspects: Connection, Care and Collaboration, and we are delighted this approach, complemented by our commitment to making AET a great place to work in, is recognised as one of the best by industry. I’d also like to thank all my colleagues for their contributions; their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication are what make AET such a special place,” said Linda.
At AET, we believe that a fulfilling career and personal growth go hand-in-hand. If you’re looking to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking maritime company where people truly matter — come join us!
