For the second year running, employees from the Finance Division led by Winnie Cruz-Ding, Chief Financial Officer, came together for a heartwarming community engagement event. On 17 May 2025, 25 staff and their family members delivered food and care packs to 126 elderly and underprivileged residents at 89 Redhill Close in Singapore.
Despite the afternoon heat, volunteers delivered healthy packs and were often met with radiant smiles and heartfelt thanks. The presence of little ones added a special touch, reminding everyone of power of kindness and connection across generations.
This initiative was further supported by AET’s Matched Giving Programme, which helps amplify employee-led efforts by matching contributions to eligible causes, extending the impact to more individuals in need.
First-time organiser Aini Said shared, "The smiles we received meant everything. A sweaty afternoon, but our hearts were full. Giving back alongside my colleagues made it even more special. I came to help, but left feeling deeply grateful.”
Now in its second year, this growing initiative reflects AET’s continued commitment to creating a positive impact and fostering a culture of care within our workplace and beyond through #AETCares – our community investment programme.
